The income figures, if any, mentioned in connection with the i AM Transformation platform and its Affiliate Program are not guarantees of income. There is no assurance that any prior successes or past results regarding income will apply to you.

Your results will depend on many factors, including your effort, skills, knowledge, market conditions, and factors beyond anyone's control. Any business involves risk and could result in financial loss.

1. No Income Guarantees

i AM Transformation Trust ("we," "us," or "our") operates the i AM Transformation platform at www.iamtransformation.com. We want to be completely transparent: we do not guarantee that you will earn any income by using our platform or participating in our Affiliate Program.

Any examples of income, earnings, or revenue used on our website, in our materials, or by our affiliates are provided for illustration only and should not be interpreted as a promise, projection, or guarantee of your personal results.

2. The Reality of Affiliate Earnings

We believe in honesty. Here are some things you should know before participating in our Affiliate Program:

The majority of people who join any affiliate or network marketing program earn little to no income
Earning significant income requires consistent effort, skill development, and time — often measured in months or years, not days or weeks
Past performance by other affiliates does not predict your future results
No one at i AM Transformation can tell you how much you will earn

Pre-Launch Disclosure

As of the date of this disclaimer, i AM Transformation has not yet fully launched its Affiliate Program. Because we are pre-launch, we have no historical earnings data to share. This means there are no income statistics, averages, or median earnings available.

We will update this disclaimer with actual earnings data once we have a meaningful period of operating history (at least 12 months of data from active affiliates).

3. About Our Compensation Plan

Our Affiliate Program offers commissions through four paths, all based on actual product sales to real customers:

4. Factors That Affect Your Earnings

Your income from the Affiliate Program, if any, will depend on numerous factors, including but not limited to:

Within Your Control

The amount of time and effort you invest
Your marketing and sales skills
The quality and demand for the products you promote
The size and engagement of your network

Outside Your Control

Market conditions and competition
Your geographic location and target audience
Economic conditions generally
Factors completely outside anyone's control

5. FTC Compliance

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that income claims be truthful, substantiated, and not misleading. In accordance with FTC guidelines:

We will not make any income claims that we cannot substantiate with actual data
We require our affiliates to make only truthful, non-misleading claims about potential earnings
Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with i AM Transformation in all promotional materials
Any testimonials or success stories shared must include a disclaimer that results are not typical

We Prohibit

Affiliates from making guarantees of income
Implying that earnings are easy or automatic
Misrepresenting the nature of the program

If you hear or see anyone claiming guaranteed income or suggesting earnings are easy or automatic in connection with i AM Transformation, they are violating our policies. Please report such claims to legal@iamtransformation.com.

6. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors. You are not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of i AM Transformation Trust. As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for:

Your own taxes (including self-employment taxes)
Insurance
Business expenses

Tax Information

i AM Transformation Trust does not withhold taxes from your commission payments. You will receive applicable tax documents (1099-NEC) if you earn $600 or more in a calendar year.

Before participating in the Affiliate Program or making any financial decisions based on potential earnings from i AM Transformation, we strongly encourage you to:

Once we have at least 12 months of operating history with active affiliates, we intend to publish an Annual Income Disclosure Statement that includes:

Earnings distribution across all active affiliates

We will notify affiliates when updated earnings data is available.
