Terms of Use

By creating an account on, accessing, or using the i AM Transformation platform ("Platform") operated by i AM Transformation Trust ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Platform. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements above and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are between 13 and 17, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consents to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period. We will provide notice and an opportunity to respond before permanent termination, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Platform or other users (such as fraud or illegal activity).

i AM Transformation is an integrated platform that combines community building, digital commerce, secure messaging, and an affiliate marketing program. Key features include:

• Tribes — communities created and managed by Creators where members can interact, learn, and share
• Digital Marketplace — a storefront for selling digital products, courses, events, and subscriptions
• Encrypted Messaging — end-to-end encrypted private and group messaging
• Affiliate Program — a multi-tier commission-based referral system

The Platform supports multiple user roles. You may hold more than one role simultaneously (for example, you can be a Creator in one tribe and an Affiliate in another).

6.1 Your Content, Your Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content, products, courses, and materials you create and upload to the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your work.

6.2 License to Us

By uploading content to the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and technically process your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and delivering it to your customers. This license ends when you remove the content from the Platform (except where copies have already been purchased by customers).

6.3 Your Responsibilities as a Creator

• You must have the legal right to sell and distribute any content you list on the Platform
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your product descriptions and pricing
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, tax, and advertising regulations
• You set the commissionable volume (CV) for affiliates selling your products
• You may not list content that violates our Acceptable Use policy (Section 10)

6.4 No Exclusivity

There is no exclusivity requirement. You are free to sell your products on other platforms simultaneously.

7.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Affiliate Program. There is no sign-up fee and no required purchase to become an affiliate.

7.2 Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of i AM Transformation Trust. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. We do not provide employee benefits, set your hours, or control how you promote products (subject to our Acceptable Use policy). We will issue required tax documents (e.g., 1099-NEC) for affiliates earning $600 or more in a calendar year.

7.3 Compensation

The Affiliate Program offers commissions based on product sales you refer. Commission rates are determined by the Commissionable Volume (CV) set by each product's Creator and distributed through our compensation structure. Full details of the compensation plan, including the four commission paths (Key Powerline, Prime Powerline, Fibonacci Powerline, and Coded Leadership), are provided in the Compensation Plan document available on the Platform.

7.4 Commission Adjustments

Commissions may be adjusted or clawed back in the following situations: customer refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or violations of these Terms. We process commission adjustments transparently and will notify you of any clawback with an explanation.

7.5 Affiliate Conduct

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Make only truthful, non-misleading claims about products and potential earnings
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional materials (required by FTC guidelines)
• Not use spam, deceptive advertising, or high-pressure sales tactics
• Not make income guarantees or suggest that earnings are easy, automatic, or typical
• Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws

8.1 Fee Structure

8.2 How Creator Payouts Work

Creators receive: Gross sale price, minus the 5% platform fee, minus Stripe processing fees, minus any affiliate commissions owed on the sale.

8.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed through Stripe. Creators may initiate refunds for their products. When a refund is issued, any affiliate commissions earned on that sale are automatically reversed. Chargebacks are tracked through Stripe's dispute system, and repeated chargebacks may result in account review.

8.4 Subscriptions

Some products and communities may offer subscription billing (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Subscription terms, including trial periods and renewal dates, are displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9.1 Your Content

You own the content you create. By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a license to display and distribute it as needed to operate the Platform (see Section 6.2 for Creators). You may remove your content at any time, which terminates this license going forward.

9.2 Purchased Content

When you purchase a digital product on the Platform, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, personal license to access and use that content as intended by the Creator. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share purchased content unless the Creator explicitly permits it.

9.3 Our Content

The i AM Transformation name, logo, platform design, and proprietary software are owned by i AM Transformation Trust and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding without written permission.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Post or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Engage in fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without our written consent
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited messages or spam
• Manipulate the affiliate program through fake accounts, self-referrals, or artificial transactions
• Post content involving the exploitation or endangerment of minors

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to legal@iamtransformation.com that includes: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removing infringing content.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. i AM Transformation Trust does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure (though we work hard to make it so). We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products or content created by third-party Creators on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, i AM Transformation Trust, its trustees, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to i AM Transformation Trust in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

14.1 Informal Resolution First

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@iamtransformation.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

14.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and i AM Transformation Trust agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Alaska, or at another location we mutually agree upon, or remotely by video conference.

14.3 No Class Actions

You and i AM Transformation Trust agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then this entire arbitration provision shall be null and void.

14.4 Exceptions

Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

14.5 Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to legal@iamtransformation.com within 30 days of creating your account. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts specified in Section 15.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If arbitration does not apply (either because you opted out or the arbitration provision is found unenforceable), you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alaska.

16.1 By You

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@iamtransformation.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Content you've published in communities may remain visible to other members unless you delete it before closing your account.

16.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice (typically 14 days) before permanent termination, except in cases of fraud, illegal activity, or where immediate action is necessary to protect the Platform or other users.

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination: your account access ends, unpaid affiliate commissions earned on completed, non-refunded sales will be paid out according to the normal schedule, your obligations regarding content ownership and licenses survive as described in Section 9, and the Dispute Resolution (Section 14) and Limitation of Liability (Section 13) provisions survive termination.

• Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Income Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and i AM Transformation Trust regarding the Platform
• Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
• No Waiver — Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later
• Assignment — You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you
• Force Majeure — We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, etc.)

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by placing a prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account before they take effect.
