CV is a percentage of the dollar amount of a purchase on a particular product. Since each product at i AM Transformation is different, each product class pays a different amount of total CV.
Some of these products have higher fulfillment costs than others to deliver the product and also make sure that we are creating a world class experience. For example, our certification programs have facilitators who sometimes need to be in live classes every week for a full year, or a year and a half. These people need to be paid for their time and contributions. Other products have hard technology costs. Yet others, the only cost is the initial development of the product and ongoing annual maintenance as well as customer service.
Because of this, we have developed a simple model to help you understand the total commission payout percentage from each kind of product:

4 Paths To Create Leverage — And Every Dollar Pays Out To Someone
Most plans give you one way to earn and call it a "compensation plan." Ours gives you four distinct pathways — Key, Prime, Fibonacci, and Coded Leadership — each with its own percentage of CV allocated. If you don't earn a commission through one pathway, another pathway can still pay you on the same sale. Nothing falls through the cracks.
The Key Powerline — Your Foundation
30% of the CV is paid out in the Key Powerline. You keep 30% on your first 2 sales, and your 3rd sale passes up through your enrollment chain. After that, every 3rd sale passes up. When team members pass up to you, your own Received Index tracks it — and if your Received Index also hits a pass-up number, it cascades further up. This dynamic cascading creates unlimited depth earning potential.
The Prime Powerline — Mathematical Leverage
20% of the CV is paid out in the Prime Powerline. You keep this 20% on all sales that do not land on a prime number. So in your first 100 sales, you would pass up this portion on sales 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37, 41, 43, 47, 53, 59, 61, 67, 71, 73, 79, 83, 89, and 97. Team pass-ups cascade through the same dynamic system as the Key Powerline.
The Fibonacci Powerline — Accelerating Returns
10% of the CV is paid out in the Fibonacci Powerline. You keep this 10% on all sales except those that land on a Fibonacci number. In your first 100 sales, you would pass up this portion on sales 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, and 89. After sale 21, the next Fibonacci number is 34 — meaning you keep 12 consecutive sales. As your sale count grows, Fibonacci pass-ups become increasingly rare. Team pass-ups cascade through the same dynamic system.
Coded Leadership Bonuses — Unlimited Depth Rewards

Zero Breakage — Every Commissioned Dollar Finds A Home
In many compensation plans, when nobody qualifies at a certain rank or level, that commission simply vanishes — the company keeps it. This is called breakage, and in some plans it accounts for 30-50% of the total payout pool. Our plan has zero breakage. When a product is sold, 100% of the allocated commission amount pays out to someone, regardless of whether there is anyone qualified at that rank or not. If no one qualifies at a specific rank pool, the funds roll down to the next qualifying rank. The money always moves. It never disappears.
Leveraged Powerline Earnings — How One Sale Can Pay You Forever
This is where most people's understanding of compensation plans breaks — and where our system separates itself from everything else in the industry. Powerline commissions have the potential to pay both personal commissions and leveraged team commissions with no limitations in depth through dynamic cascading. What you are about to read may be the most important section on this page.
Powerline commissions have the potential to be extremely lucrative. How they work is not entirely intuitive to someone who has never participated in team compensation plans, so we will break this down step by step. The key concept to understand is dynamic cascading: when a pass-up reaches you and your Received Index triggers another pass-up, the commission cascades further up your enrollment chain. This means commissions can flow through multiple levels — there is no depth limit.
If a powerline portion of your personal sale does NOT land on a pass-up number, you keep that commission.
If it DOES land on a pass-up number, it passes up through your enrollment sponsor chain. The first eligible person in your upline receives it — and their own Received Index increments.
If that person's Received Index also triggers a pass-up, the commission cascades further up the chain. This continues until someone keeps it or it reaches the top and flows into Coded Leadership.
Important — Dynamic Cascading: When a sale triggers a pass-up on a specific powerline, the system looks up your enrollment sponsor chain (the people who referred the people who referred you). The pass-up goes to the first eligible person in your upline. But here is what makes this system unique: when that person receives a pass-up, their own Received Index increments. If their Received Index lands on a pass-up number for that powerline, the commission cascades further up to the next eligible person. This means pass-ups can flow through multiple levels of your team — creating unlimited depth earning potential.
We are going to walk you through this step by step with real numbers. We believe that if you cannot see the math clearly, you cannot trust the plan — and you shouldn't. So instead of vague promises, here are exact calculations using a hypothetical $1,000 Core product. Follow along, verify the numbers yourself, and see exactly how the system works.
To illustrate how this works in a simple way, we will just focus on the Key Powerline at first and give a hypothetical example where sales are being made of a CORE product that costs $1,000. Since this is a core product, the CV is 70%, or $700 of available total payout. 30% of this will be paid in the Key Powerline, which works out to be $210 per sale. Let's say you make 13 sales. You would pass up sales 3, 6, 9, and 12. So you would keep sales 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 13. This is 9 × $210, or $1,890 that would be paid to you from the Key Powerline alone (not including other powerlines or coded leadership bonuses). The 4 pass-ups ($840 total) flow up your enrollment sponsor chain through dynamic cascading — each one going to the first eligible person whose Received Index does not trigger a further pass-up.
Let's illustrate this first step:
Now, from the above illustration, 9 out of your 13 sales have their Key portion paid to you, and 4 pass up through the cascading system to your enrollment upline. But here is where it gets powerful: imagine each of those 13 customers also becomes an affiliate and each one refers 3 customers of their own.
When your team members make sales, their pass-ups flow up through the enrollment tree using the same cascading system. Each time you receive a pass-up, your Received Index increments. If your Received Index does not trigger a further pass-up, you keep the commission. If it does, the commission cascades further up to your enrollment sponsor. This means you earn from team pass-ups at potentially unlimited depth.

Coded Leadership earnings of $359,405 are from a simulation with ~10% of affiliates holding ranks 2-10 (random distribution). Actual earnings depend on team rank distribution, placement structure, and the number of qualifying leaders in your Transformation Grid generations.

Coded Leadership Bonuses — Where Team Building Becomes Generational Wealth
Coded Leadership Bonuses create a second engine of income — one that rewards you for developing leaders, not just making sales. Through our team building structure called 'The Transformation Grid,' you earn a percentage of all volume generated within your generational depth. The deeper you build, the more you earn. There is no cap and no cutoff.
To understand how Coded Leadership Bonuses work — and why they can become the largest portion of your total income — we first need to explain that as you build your business, you are creating two structures at the same time. Both matter, and both pay you. But they work differently, and understanding the distinction is the key to unlocking the full power of this plan.
You start earning Coded Leadership Bonuses from Rank 1 (Bronze). At Bronze, you earn 1% of CV from 2 generations of your Transformation Grid. This increases with every rank, up to 10% across 20 generations at Rank 10 (Transformation). All Coded Leadership bonuses are cumulative — higher ranks earn from all lower rank pools too.
The First Team Structure: Uni-Level (Powerline Tracking)
In other words, if you refer 10 people and they refer 10 people, and then they refer 10 people, you would have 10 people on your first level, 100 people on your second level, and 1000 people on your third level. The commissions paid through this are the Key, Prime, and Fibonacci Powerlines.
The Second Team Structure: The Transformation Grid
40% of Available Compensation Pays Through The Transformation Grid Via Coded Leadership Bonuses. The Transformation Grid builds teams where people are placed straight down in a line until certain requirements are met. Once certain requirements are met, a leader can start a new team.
How placement works: In the Transformation Grid, every new person is placed at the very bottom of the leg — always straight down. For example, if Person A (who is in your leg) sponsors a new person, that new person does not go directly under A in a separate branch. Instead, they are placed below the deepest person in that leg. This means everyone in a leg works together to build depth, which is what unlocks Coded Leadership Bonuses.
Understanding Generations
In the Transformation Grid, a "generation" is counted each time you encounter another ranked leader at or above a certain rank level in your downline. Your first generation starts immediately below you and continues down through your leg until you hit someone who holds that same rank (or higher). That person marks the end of your first generation and the beginning of your second generation. This continues for as many generations as your rank allows.
For example, if you are Rank 3 (Gold) with 6 generations, you earn coded bonuses on volume generated through 6 layers of other Rank 3+ leaders beneath you in your Transformation Grid leg.
Rank Payouts Through The Transformation Grid
Each rank pool is shared equally among all qualifying leaders within its generation depth. If all generation slots for a rank are filled, each qualifying leader receives 0.5% of CV. With fewer qualifying leaders, each receives a larger share. All bonuses are cumulative — higher ranks earn from ALL lower rank pools. A Rank 10 Transformation leader earns from all 10 pools across up to 20 generations. If no one qualifies at a rank, that pool rolls down to the next lower rank, ensuring zero breakage.
Why Depth Instead Of Width? Because Teams That Build Together Stay Together.
In most compensation plans, you are incentivized to recruit as many people as possible across one level and then hope they do the same. This creates wide, shallow organizations where each person is essentially alone. Our system works differently. When new people join your team, they are placed at the bottom of a leg in the Transformation Grid — which means your existing team members help build depth beneath them. Everyone is working toward the same goal instead of competing against each other. This structure fosters genuine long-term leadership development, not just short-term recruiting. And here is the safety net: if you do not earn compensation on someone in your team through the Powerline System, you can still earn potentially unlimited compensation on their activity through the Transformation Grid. The two structures work together to make sure effort is always rewarded.
What Happens When Each Person Refers Just 2 More People?
The 3×3 scenario above shows what happens with focused depth. But what happens when each person refers 5 people instead of 3, and each person makes 5 sales instead of 3?
When you build a broader team, two things work in your favor. First, more team members making more sales means more pass-ups flowing through your enrollment chain via dynamic cascading — every 3rd Key sale, every prime-numbered Prime sale, and every Fibonacci-numbered sale from each person generates a pass-up that cascades toward you. With 5 sales per person instead of 3, each team member triggers more pass-up events, and with 5 direct referrals instead of 3, you have more branches generating that activity. Second, a larger organization creates more depth in your Transformation Grid, which means more generations of ranked leaders contributing to your Coded Leadership pools — expanding both the volume and reach of your coded earnings.

Understanding Volume Requirements:
Personal Volume (PV): PV is based on the Commissionable Volume (CV) from your direct sales and personal purchases. PV and CV are the same value — one number to track. For example, if you sell a $100 subscription with 50% CV, your PV increases by $50. The minimum PV to remain eligible for team pass-ups is $50. Subscription renewals from your customers also count as ongoing PV. PV resets at the start of each new commission period for Rank 4+ calculations, but Ranks 1-3 use all-time cumulative PV.
Team Volume (TV): Total CV from your entire downline organization, including your personal volume. This is what scales with rank.
Active Legs: Direct team members whose organizations meet minimum volume thresholds. Higher ranks require more active legs with higher minimums, ensuring balanced team growth rather than dependence on a single strong leg.

Rank Advancement Rules:
